Reporting copyright infringement

Goon of Legends hosts fan-created and AI-generated fiction. If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a notice to [email protected] including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

Valid notices are processed promptly: the material is removed or disabled, and repeat infringers lose access. If you cannot reach the mailbox, the site's Discord reaches the same team.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, reply to the same address with the removed URL(s), a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court. We restore content when a counter-notice is valid and the claimant does not pursue the matter.

Illegal content — zero tolerance

Content depicting minors, real-person likenesses used without consent, or any other illegal material is banned outright and removed on sight — this is faster than any formal process, so report it directly to [email protected] with the URL. Where the law requires it, such reports are escalated to the relevant authorities. Every character on this site is required to be a fictional adult; see the 2257 statement .
